Went right went they opened. The manager was more than accommodating, in making special accommodations and seating me in a spot that wasn't even open in a corner away from the majority of people. The waitress was great food was on point. Definitely would suggest going for lunch when they open, that crew has their stuff together.

The sirloin steak is terrible. Has gristle in it and also they put some kind of sauce on it that taste nasty. My husband also said the same thing

Overall great food. I feel like this is one of the main franchise restaurants in the area therefore, there really shouldn’t be too many complaints. Customer service is great and my kids love the food. Will be returning!

It's a regular Chili's. We had an absolutely fantastic server. Food was quick and delicious, especially given how busy they were. Seating took about 10 minutes at a 530 PM visit on a weekday.

Got there when opening at 11 on Sunday. Seated immediately. Not crowded. Availability to sit at the bar, booth, table, or tall tables with stools. Waitress was very attentive but not over bearing. Good variety on the menu- soup, salad, chicken, tacos, steak, shrimp, pasta, etc. We ordered the blackberry sweet tea, sunrise margarita, southwestern eggrolls appetizer, chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and steak. Nothing was disappointing. Amazing flavors, everything hot, steak cooked to correct request. Options to pay to the waitress or at the electronic tablet on the table.

Ridiculous. Drove there after calling in an order for two bone in wing orders, while we are sitting in the parking lot ten minutes later we get a call that they are out of the bone in wings. Fine. We order bone in wings with two drinks, we were told it would be ten minutes. 30 mins later we get our wings with only one drink. We finally get our order correct, drive home and see the dried up sauce just thrown unevenly over the chicken. No celery, and no ranch or blue cheese. Never had terrible service here before but tonight was just inexcusable.

Ordered curbside takeaway, our "food will be ready" time was 6:24. I arrive at 6:24 and text "here" as I'm instructed, but at 6:45 I have to go inside because nobody has come out to us yet. When I finally get our food, instead of the 10oz medium rare sirloin Iordered I get a 6oz well done sirloin and my son's cheese quesadilla is overcooked to the point that the tortilla is a crispy chip and the cheese is burnt. I go in to talk to someone about my order and am told by a server that my steak is definitely 10oz, they just have smaller sizes here, whatever that means. I said I wanted to speak to a manager, but after waiting another 10min I just left. Probably won't be back here again, which sucks because options in this area are severely limited, but I think this location knows and preys on this fact.

Been coming here for a few years. Customer service is usually ok, but the food is hit or miss depending on what cooks are in the back. The restaurant cleanliness is also hit or miss. Seems to be better food during the day .

We showed up at 2:00. As we were seated, the table had 3 chairs....and food still under from previous customers. I stepped accidentally on food left. I found a cleaner table to eat at. Waitress was friendly. After ordering I started looking and seeing the grease and grime on their chairs and plenty of small food pieces scattered here and there. It was just dirty. Dinner came out but I was uneasy about the hygiene of what might be in the kitchen. Getting a broom and sweeping the floor seemed to be a challenge to someone. Tables were still dirty, seats needed to be srubbed....terrible.

This is my favorite restaurant to have date night with my husband. The servers are all so friendly and easy to talk to. And the drinks are always made so well. We also love playing the Trivia table game while we wait! Great place!

Pretty good place to eat, the waitress was very nice and helpful. I had made a reservation for 12 people and 18 showed up; the staff was quick to accommodate the extra people without hesitation and were happy to help us out! I strongly recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I visited on a Thursday night around 6:30. We are here on business. When we arrived we noticed immediately how loud it was. Other Chili locations we have frequented were not this way. We were seated in a cramped space not even arm length from the people seated next to us. Our drink order was taken and served right away. We then gave our dinner order. We sat there for 55 minutes and not once did our waitress come and let us know about our order. We ended up walking out. Unacceptable.

My husband and I was there for our 25th wedding anniversary on Friday. We ordered drinks and appetizers and then they brought our drinks out timely. When another lady brought out my appetizer the lady sat it in front of my husband and he and I both tried to tell her that was my plate she didn't listen so I grab my plate burning 3 of my fingers. We told her and she walked away. Our waitress came over a few minutes later and we told her she got me a bag of ice. I had to sit there during our meal and hold a bag of ice on my burning fingers. I asked for a manager and never got to talk to one. We left very unhappy but we did make sure that our waitress was taken care of because she did do everything she could to help me. As far as going back we don't know we will or not.

Food was really good. Had the ancho salmon, and chicken enchilada soup. The salmon goes really well with three avocado ranch. Had really great service, our waitress Brandy was excellent.
